 Chris and Reiley Frey reside in Paw Paw, West Virginia. Frey Enterprises, LLC was founded in January 2021 by Chris Frey Jr. and is a licensed contractor in both West Virginia and Virginia.

Chris grew up immersed in the construction industry, gaining hands-on experience working alongside his father from a young age. After high school, he built his career in the asphalt industry, working his way up to Superintendent, where he led crews and managed large-scale paving operations.

In 2021, Chris took the leap to start Frey Enterprises with a vision of building a company rooted in hard work, quality, and integrity. Since then, the business has experienced rapid growth and now employs over 35 team members. Backed by over 15 years of combined industry experience, the company serves clients across the Eastern Panhandle and Northern Virginia region, specializing in asphalt paving and milling, with a strong reputation for reliability and high-quality workmanship.

Frey Enterprises, LLC is SWAM-certified in both Virginia and West Virginia, positioning the company to support public and private sector projects with compliance, professionalism, and efficiency.
