Chris and Reiley Frey are the owners of Frey Enterprises, LLC and RMF Trucking, LLC, proudly based in Paw Paw, West Virginia. Together, they’ve built their businesses on hard work, integrity, and a genuine commitment to treating customers and employees like family. While their backgrounds are different, they share the same vision: to build companies known for quality, reliability, and doing the job right.

Founder & Owner, Frey Enterprises, LLC

Construction has been part of Chris’s life from the very beginning. Growing up, he worked alongside his father and developed a passion for heavy equipment, paving, and building things that last. After high school, he spent years in the asphalt industry, working his way from the ground up to become a Superintendent, where he managed crews and oversaw large commercial paving projects throughout the region.

In January 2021, Chris founded Frey Enterprises with one goal—to build a company customers and employees could trust. Through his leadership, relentless work ethic, and commitment to quality, the business has grown from a small startup into a respected regional contractor with more than 30 employees.

Today, Chris oversees field operations, project execution, equipment, and production while continuing to lead by example. His hands-on leadership style and attention to detail have earned Frey Enterprises a reputation for delivering quality workmanship in asphalt paving, milling, excavation, septic installation, and snow removal across West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and surrounding areas.

Reiley Frey

Reiley’s path into the construction industry began differently. Before joining the family business, she built a successful career in financial services, where she supervised a large contact center, coached employees, improved operations, and developed a passion for leadership and business management.

After earning her Associate’s Degree in Business Management, 

in 2026, she made the leap into the family business full-time and launched RMF Trucking, LLC, a woman-owned trucking company created to provide dependable transportation services while supporting the continued growth of Frey Enterprises.

Today, Reiley manages the administrative and operational side of both businesses. She works behind the scenes to ensure every part of the companies runs efficiently.

Her leadership philosophy centers on continuous improvement, strong relationships, and creating systems that allow both companies to grow while maintaining the personalized service they’re known for.
